The following Christmas Booking Terms apply to all Christmas Party Night bookings and shall take precedence over our Standard Booking Policy in the event of any inconsistency.

Payment Terms

• Full payment at the time of booking is recommended and will qualify for our no booking fee offer when paid in full before 1 October.
• For group bookings of 20 guests or more, a 50% non-refundable deposit may be paid to secure the booking instead of full payment.
• Bookings secured with a deposit will be subject to a 10% booking fee on any outstanding balance paid after 1 October.
• All outstanding balances, including any applicable booking fees, must be paid in full by 1 November.

Guest Numbers

• Guest numbers may increase, subject to availability.
• Guest numbers may not be reduced after 1 October. The numbers confirmed on 1 October will become the minimum chargeable numbers for the booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Any payments made become non-refundable and non-transferable after 1 November and cannot be exchanged for refunds, credits, alternative dates or alternative events.
• Any cancellation made after 1 November will remain fully chargeable.
• Failure to pay balances by the required dates may result in the cancellation of the booking. In such circumstances, any monies already paid will be forfeited.

Event Information

• Seating plans and table allocations are determined by the venue and, whilst requests will be considered wherever possible, cannot be guaranteed.
• We reserve the right to amend event details, entertainment, menus, schedules or timings where reasonably necessary. Any such amendments will not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund or transfer.
